Peggy King
Peggy has grown up around the water all her life, living in Hawaii, Alabama and Alaska because her Dad was a career Coast Guard Officer. She and David, also a career Coast Guard Officer, were married in Juneau, Alaska and have lived in Duluth, Minnesota; Seattle, Washington; Petaluma, California, back to Ketchikan, Alaska and finally to Williamsburg, Virginia. If you asked her she’d tell you she’s from Alaska after living there almost 19 years.
She and David became “empty nesters” in 2007 while in Virginia so they decided it was time to sell the house and everything in it and start “living the dream.” They bought a 42’ catamaran they lived aboard and were lucky enough to cruise the Chesapeake Bay for 3 years.
In 2010 they both retired, threw off the all the lines and started down the Intracoastal Waterway then they crossed over to the Bahamas – quite a different life from her “regular” life working as a Program Director in the Victim Assistance Program in the Williamsburg Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
Family issues brought them back to the Pacific NW but the cruising bug is still there!! Hum! Wonder what would happen if the right “cat” came on the market??? Stay tuned.

Sandy Bagley
Sandy was born and raised in the Pacific NW. She came from a boating family and as long as she can remember her family has always had a boat. Whether it was water skiing on Lake Washington or Lake Chelan or cruising the San Juan Islands and Canadian Gulf Islands – a boat has been at the center.
Starting out in small power boats she has worked her way up to a comfortable motor yacht. Which was especially nice when she and Curt cruised the Inside Passage up to Alaska.
Sandy has been with Bellhaven since 2008 but before that she worked for a local real estate company. In 2008, she and Curt bought Bellhaven where she has managed the charter side as well as the sail school. If you need help planning your charter trip she can help you with details about out of the way spots to visit!
Her favorite activities are entertaining friends, fishing or crabbing or just having a cup of coffee on the fly bridge with Curt and OB by her side. You’ll know her by her bubbly personality when you talk to her on the phone.
